During the event, SPURR shared their propriety customer insight model, to show the types of information to collect that will help hone their critical success factors and structure their business to deliver to customers.
Research expert Swift Research shared their experience of needs analysis in the B2B marketplace and how specific techniques can be used to provide information for the SPURR framework.
We were also delighted to welcome David Knibbs from the amazing Tofoo Company, who shared his passion for the product’s development and growth of the company from its based in North Yorkshire. David showed how a creative understanding of the consumer can turnaround a product and a market category in the hyper competitive food sector.
