Summer’s Strategy Breakfast took place a little earlier than last year and focused on how to gain and use customer insight to create a winning strategy.

Supported by Clive Owen LLP and Tilly Bailey & Irvine Law, the third in the series at Rockliffe Golf Club took feedback from clients on the areas they thought would make most difference to their competitiveness.

During the event, SPURR shared their propriety customer insight model, to show the types of information to collect that will help hone their critical success factors and structure their business to deliver to customers.

Research expert Swift Research shared their experience of needs analysis in the B2B marketplace and how specific techniques can be used to provide information for the SPURR framework.

We were also delighted to welcome David Knibbs from the amazing Tofoo Company, who shared his passion for the product’s development and growth of the company from its based in North Yorkshire. David showed how a creative understanding of the consumer can turnaround a product and a market category in the hyper competitive food sector.

Again, more inspiration for the next event, so watch this space…
